On auscultation there are now respiratory clicks, worse on the right side. P has normal resp rate and effort at this time. Added Cerenia to tx in case of nausea from the other medications. If no improvement in 24hr will consider adding additional antibiotic coverage. During feeding, p did not take food from tweezers, but did swallow readily when food was placed in its mouth. Also gave LRS 5ml SQ as skin turgor was mildly decreased. AMS
